Shipping & Handling charges include order packaging, processing, transport and handling. All Orders are shipped Via UPS Ground or in some cases through USPS Priority Mail in the United States. Any order under $50 is only $5 for shipping and anything over $50 qualifies for FREE shipping.
Due to this being an online boutique, items may sell out completely, or be on back order. If in stock items will be shipped out within 1-5 business days. If by chance your item is on backorder, we will ship it out as soon as it comes in. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your item is shipped out.

Tami Conard wants you to have the most satisfactory experience when purchasing from our online boutique. In the event that you wish to return merchandise, your purchase must be returned within 10 days from the shipping date and must be in the original condition and original packaging. Must have all original tags. OnlineApparelShop.com will only accept returns that originated from the website. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Prior to returning the item, the purchaser must e-mail OnlineApparelShop_gmail.com for approval. Once completed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number. We cannot process any return without this. Please make sure the RA number is written legibly on the package.
A full refund will be remitted in the original form of payment. The refund is only remitted to the purchaser. You are responsible for shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
